Mission and Vision

The National Women’s Council serves as a resource for individuals and organizations who seek to create inclusive gender equity in and beyond the workplace. The National Women’s Council provides education, training, and coaching for understanding the complex and critically important concept of gender in non-binary terms, as well as across race, ability, class, and other dimensions. It also provides opportunities for networking and resources to elevate organizations to become more gender inclusive and equitable.

The National Women’s Council envisions a society in which individuals are empowered to work in solidarity with one another to enact equitable policies and practices that allow everyone to thrive.
